Good place only thing was at 1 point there was a dog barking to a point I had to leave the hotel due to the disturbance.

Our stay was good. This hotel is set in a beautiful area but may be tricky to find for some.
The disabled parking is a little limited and the parking spaces were quite small.
We ate at the restaurant which was good.
The room is advertised as having a double bed but there were 2 single beds put together with separate mattresses and covers - This was a shame as it meant we could not sleep as we would normally at home as a couple; this and the unfinished marks where previous light fixtures had been on the ceiling were our main negative points.
We did struggle to rest and sleep but this was due to the single bed layout; the property at night is peaceful and quiet.
Overall we did enjoy our stay.

Very friendly staff, comfortable bed, clean room. A small downside: it took a couple of hours to get the room heated up.

Nice hotel terrible breakfast
Posted 11 Oct 2020 on HotelsThere were noisey children running up and down e corridors past the bedrooms making lots of noise when trying to sleep - they were not adhering to Covid restrictions! The breakfast the next morning was horrendous it was freezing cold and when we said something the staff did not seem bothered!

Great location, interesting hotel
