The facility is well maintained, clean, and in a good location. The staff was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I would definitely return.

Many options of food nearby. Breakfast area was a little crowed, but food was kept stocked and everyone was polite.

Nice stay. Seem to be cutting back on basics or housekeeping needs a little oversight with supplies.

When I checked out, the clerk told me that I would receive an invoice from Expedia. I did not receive one, so now I have to trace that down through someone.

The entire hotel had a horrid smell. The water in the hotel tasted awful and when asked if bottled water or vending machines were available, I was essentially laughed at and told, “No, not since Covid.” The beds were rock hard, the toilet barely flushed, and the elevator made me feel like I was on an amusement park ride.
