Everything was clean, up to date, and the staff were kind. The breakfast was plentiful with good food. The beds were comfortable. I didn’t go to the pool but my teen son said it was great, as well. I’d gladly return here if I’m in the area again.

The accessible room was great for our stay! The room was spacious, clean, & everything was working properly! Hotel staff provided excellent service thoughout our stay we appreciate it very much! Thank you

The staff was incredibly kind and inviting. The property was very clean, and our six night stay was absolutely perfect.

Were unwilling to store my bag when i arrived, while waiting for room to become available.
I have never before seen a hotel unwilling to do this.
I needed to go do my business for the day.
I moved to a different hotel nearby that had appropriate customer service.
This hotel also refused to refund my money, even though I could no longer stay there.

Service had an obscene amount of attitude when we had issues with our checking in. Put no effort into helping fix the problem and wouldn’t contact the manager.
