By far, the service is what stood out at this facility. The lady who checked us in and who was also there bright and early the next morning to facilitate breakfast was delightful! I had eight rooms, most of them for high school kids at a state tournament. Just in my room, the safety lock was broken, as in someone had busted down the door and broken it off and it was never replaced. I scooted a recliner over to prop against it for nighttime, just in case. The room next to me for a group of students . . . the door did not latch without a lot of effort. We came back from dinner to find the door ajar. Assorted stains and ickies in other rooms, but we saved a lot of money by staying here. It is obvious a few people make this their home, and there was junk outside i.e. bbq stuff, several empty beer bottles (one was left on the steps and my student accidentally kicked it over). We will probably not stay here again, but it served the purpose for this event.

Beds were great. Staff friendly. Property needs some updating but price more than reasonable. Just needed a comfy bed & we got it!

The entire town smelled like feedlot. However, inside the motel, there was no odor of feedlot/cattle barns

Good on a Budget.

Overall things were fine. However, the door didn’t like to close or the deadbolt latch. The bathroom could use a good deep clean and a little update but everything else was good and the service was amazing.
