Breakfast area not prepared well, Parking lot lights not working, hall lights not working, no ice available, staff very hard to understand with very limited communication skills, swimming pool still out of order, parking lot rough and full of potholes, landscaping is unkempt. Have been using this facility for 5 years but probably will not return.

The room had a musty smell, cigarette smoke cover up.the beds and floor were wet. Staff said it was from ac unit. Came in and sprayed a bottle of sanitizer in the ac unit and on the floor and furniture. After telling him nothing changed, he came back & sprayed another bottle of deodorizer. I told him it was making the moisture worse, but he didn’t understand that liquid is wet. Lol 😂 Ended up staying at a homeless shelter & the conditions were better.

The elevators were broken, hard for old people to carry heavy luggage up 3 flights of stairs. Ice machine broken. Bathtub water backed up while showering. Sink was partially plugged up. Holes in the wall in the bedroom room.

The bedroom smelled a little funny. Some of the towels were ripped and the sheets had patches on them. House keeping was really friendly and nice. Hotel is a little out dated. The parking lot is kind of a mess also. In a good location though.
