The bedroom smelled a little funny. Some of the towels were ripped and the sheets had patches on them. House keeping was really friendly and nice. Hotel is a little out dated. The parking lot is kind of a mess also. In a good location though.

I booked this property some time ago. Passing thru to my final destination and chose it because of the great reviews. The pool and hot tub are closed because they can’t keep them heated. There is major renovation going on so at checkin we were informed that we may want to reconsider the 3rd floor because the roofers start early tomorrow morning. The room we are in has holes in the wall because all pictures have been removed. The parking lot is in disrepair with large pot holes going in or out either way. And, in the near future it will become a Holiday Inn Express! We should have been informed at booking (or after) that this was going on so we could have made other plans for a more suitable property. We drove eight hours today, and have another seven tomorrow. This is not a property where we can get a good nights rest! On the plus side, even though pictures are missing and holes are in the wall where they were; even though the carpeting is patched and buckled; the bedding is comfortable and clean. Bathroom is clean too. Daniella at the front desk was helpful, professional, and pleasant. I am hoping that Wyndham will see this review and compensate us for this terrible experience in one of their properties!

The conditions makes me wonder why Expedia carries this property, and we will reconsider future stays with that in mind. Pool is closed and has been a long while (per staff). That was a primary reason for us to stay there. Many broken things; the staff reports the owner won't fix til the future remodel (of unknown date) is done. Rooms are ample sized, but our heater and A/C did not work. And no maintenance man came in to check or fix as requested; (we saw about 15 other unrepaired entries on the list from our date from other guests). About 15 small holes in our wall where pictures/mirror had been removed and not replaced. Lots of scrapes on furniture and damaged paint areas on walls and shower, (which was painted over white. "Breakfast" pretty basic, but no decaf coffee or tea, which we have never experienced in any stay anywhere. 1 bar of soap in the bath to move between sink and shower. (Shower had good pressure/flow). Hall carpet stained and should be replaced. Hall lights are buzzing with old time ballasts. No room service even though requested. Dirty, unattractive entry door area. Ice cream melted in room frig from previous guest and frozen and left there.

The room looked outdated. The hot tub that was advertised did not work. The refrigerator in our room did not work. We were given two other rooms when we asked for a working refrigerator. Both of those rooms were completely missing the refrigerators. The staff was not helpful in taking care of this. We left and booked another hotel.
