The beds were very comfortable. While pleasent the check--in people on normal matters clueless on normal matters. Examples: 1. We couldn't find phone charger. 2. They had no idea on how to change the room temperature (Ther said we try to keep rooms at same temp) 3. The water was ice cold on Sunday am. Just shrugged their sholders. 4. When no one showed up to clean our room on Saturday they said we had to call. And also something about Covid??? I5. tripped and fell on the way out. No big deal and it was my fault. But your doorman just stood there, not offering help. The boss man came in Saturdat and fixed the heat. This complaint is not just 1 person. No on seemed trained..

The staff was friendly and did everything with a sense of urgency. The room was comfortable, however the bathroom floor hadn't been swept thoroughly and there were strains of hair everywhere. Breakfast was fresh and tasty and the area had many options to eat or order in. I'd definitely stay there again.

I have stayed at this hotel many times and this last time the room I received just had a few problems. It was on the first floor by the parking lot and I could never open the curtains because there was no privacy. Every time someone up stairs flushed the toilet there was a loud banging sound. I would recommend to get a room on one of the higher floors in the back of the hotel.

Very calming, relaxing and clean nightly stay. The surroundings where pleasant and peaceful. Plenty of shopping and eateries.The staff was very professional. The room was full of modern upgrades with a nature view. Very nice! I will definitely recommend this hotel.

Dirty bathroom floor reported X4 to front desk on first arriving. Never addressed. Also stained carpet and red stains on bathroom sink & light switch. Very disappointing ! Will not return in the future.
