Great friendly staff, but new mattresses required.
Posted 6 Sep 2023 on HotelsOne swimming pool was out of service without any prior notication, however it was not until my final night I realised I was bitten by bedbugs.
The dirt under the mattress was horrendous, which I only checked before I left the hotel.

Some minor issues regarding room service payments and house keeping not collecting food plates from corridors for more than 24hours.....very smelly corridor of food rotting.
But a fantastic hotel, great pool and breakfast is plentyful.

The AC was cold, the hot water was running, which is good. I tried calling operator and the manager to ask for the wifi psswdfor 2 mins but no one picked up.

Posted 28 Aug 2020 on HotelsIt started alright, until I found the bathtub being dirty and the faucet broke off. Called the management, they immediately ushered me to another room. Started the bath again, the hot water ran out after 15mins.
Aside from the bathtub incidents, the cleanliness, comfort was good. Room was cold, just as I like. the king size bed was comfy, but perhaps it could use extra pillows.

Fine hotel
