The hotel was in a great location. Walking distance to all the bar's and night life. Centrally located to the train station and public transport to other part's of Galway.

Super friendly staff. Room was small but all I needed and the amenities were great. Only issue was noisy neighbours- not really the hotels fault but the thin walls meant I could hear everything and unfortunately was kept awake well past midnight. Excellent location and they stored my bags for me after checkout while I waited for my train!

My partner and I stayed for 2 nights at The Lane, both of which were excellent to begin with. However, on the morning we were due to check out, my partner unfortunately became very unwell and we were unable to travel. The Staff at the Lane were so accommodating; offering us an option of late checkout, and thereafter allowing us to extend our stay by a night. They brought us loads of extra complimentary water bottles, and offered plenty of other amenities to ensure my partner was well looked after. They eased a very stressful time for us and I can’t recommend them enough! Thank you so much for your hospitality!

Wonderful stay at this hotel. Warm welcoming from lovely staff. Location was great, close walk to everything! Room was cute, clean and accommodating. Would highly recommend!
