When staying in Galway we highly recommend this property as a consideration. We stayed 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is 10 minutes walk from Eyre Square, the room was clean and quiet and the bed comfortable. The proprietors were very friendly and only to willing to provide assistance. Breakfast was a choice of an Irish or continental breakfast and was very hearty. This property would always be our first pick for accommodation whenever we return to Galway.

Excellent place to stay! Very clean and convenient but just enough walking distance to avoid all the noise/busy areas. You can easily walk to all the dining and shopping. The owner or manager was so very kind. Truly can’t say enough good things about our stay.

The staff could not be nicer. Very convenient to city center. A great little walking city with great restaurants, pubs, music and shopping!

B&B Buyer Beware
Posted 23 Sep 2023 on HotelsLovely proprietor but far too expensive! The smallest, most spartan and saddest room I’ve ever stayed in. Paper thin walls and hard beds with flat pillows. Tiny en suite bathroom was appreciated but didn’t appreciate listening to other visitors using theirs. Chair at the mini desk was collapsing and tissue box fell off the wall. Breakfast was buffet style but warm and varied.

Warm welcome from all the staff
Room was compact but had everything we needed and was very comfortable
Breakfast very good - good choice and constantly replenished
Definitely stay again next time we're in Galway
