The rooms were comfortable and well stocked. Reception staff were pleasant. I did not like the first room we were assigned. They changed it for me and were nice about it. Breakfast was typical. We did not eat other meals in the hotel. Had to take a taxi to Galway City Centre - too far to walk.

We had a fantastic time at Hotel, very clean, nice atmosphere and great staff, so very helpful and easy going.
If we were to visit Galway again, we will be using this hotel again

I have stayed here a couple of times for work purposes. This time it was decidedly average. My room was tired and cold. Staff were ‘visible’ but were ‘disengaged’.
