The rooms certainly didn’t look like the photos in Expedia. Our room was bright but so small. I couldn’t open my suitcase as there wasn’t any room. Also hit my head on the beams which caused me to see stars. The hallways were so darkly lit. Not my kind of boutique hotel. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.

The pictures online were definitely not accurate. The rooms were extremely small and dark. The hallways were also very dark. Parking was not available and we found the rooms very noisy at night. Difficult to sleep. Property was outdated. Needs a Reno

Great location to walk to all the sites in Galway.

Did not like that the parking was full and we were told to use city pay park and we would get discount. We parked gave staff ticket as told and she did something í thought but we paid full parking fees. No discounts. Then at 6:20am fire alarm went off Everyone out of building, when allowed back in as it was false alarm sirens kept going off for another hour. Nothing acknowledged by staff of this st check out. Other than that rooms clean, central location to downtown activities.

Very comfortable “snug “ but the friendly staff that went out of their way to may you comfortable is why I rate experience as excellent!

Perfect for our one night stay. Very compact room, clean and suited our needs. Unable to open window so a little stuffy

The hotel was in a great location. Walking distance to all the bar's and night life. Centrally located to the train station and public transport to other part's of Galway.

Super friendly staff. Room was small but all I needed and the amenities were great. Only issue was noisy neighbours- not really the hotels fault but the thin walls meant I could hear everything and unfortunately was kept awake well past midnight. Excellent location and they stored my bags for me after checkout while I waited for my train!
