Lovely hotel in Galway. Bus stop right outside the property. Enjoyed the restaurant. Property is well maintained.
Rooms are not air conditioned but a fan is provided so it wasn’t uncomfortable for early May.

The staff was super friendly. The room was very dated, for the price I was expecting it to be a little more up to date and nicer. Not older feeling.

I loved everything about this hotel, especially the beautiful modern bathroom...the tub was lovely! We were well cared for in our stay there and we will be sure to return if we have the opportunity! Thank you everyone!

Really nice place to stay and staff very friendly. Staying just the one night on business. Would stay again.
Only negatives would be shower area needed a bit of TLC and no honey available at breakfast.

With a new addition added to the front of the hotel, one would be led to believe this were a new fully modern hotel. However, while that was the case for the lobby and dining areas, the rooms were in the older part of the hotel and left something to be desired. While clean and remodeled, the rooms just didn't live up to the impression you get looking at the hotel from the outside. The location is also less than ideal being located on what has to be the busiest intersection in all of Ireland. Coming and going was an excersize in extreme patience. However, it is only a short drive to the heart of Galway which is wonderful.

We are also disappointed to note that you did not feel the room matched the standard of the rest of the hotel. While ,in fact, not one of the newly redecorated rooms, we are still proud to be able to allocate these rooms and we take heart from the fact that you did think it was a new room which would indicate it is still at a very fresh standard, albeit not to your taste. Fantastic hotel in a quieter part of the city. Staff were friendly and helpful. My stay included free breakfast and it was delicious with plenty of options. Room was quite large with all the necessities including a mini fridge. Highly recommend this hotel.

About a 10 minute drive from Galway city center. Nice hotel room.
