Great location by Irish rail. Little loud at closing time.

They are very upfront that there is no onsite parking. Walking 3 blocks with luggage on a cloudy day was fine. It would have been awful in the rain.
Super friendly staff. Adequate room. Ask to be out away from the street side if you are a light sleeper.
Overall positive.

The staff were very friendly and it is about a two minute walk from the train station. There are several really good restaurants within about 1 or 2 blocks and a lovely bar and restaurant attached.
The rooms are small but clean and comfortable. There is a fan in the room.
The reason I downgraded for cleanliness is based on the hallways and stairwells.

This property was so nice to stay in for our short stint in Galway! We loved how close and convenient everything was and it was a stunning location. The only thing that we had issues with was how we could hear everyone and everything happening in the hall outside our room. At one point we could smell food that someone was eating.
I know the hotel is going through renovations so hopefully that is thought about when making the changes in the right direction!
Other than that everything was beautiful and the staff was sooooo nice and accommodating! Answering any and all questions we had :)

I could not find a better location for the hotel. It is located next door to the train and bus station, one block from my travel agency and 2 blocks from the commerce. The people from the hotel were friendly and help us with directions. The city is amazing and I would love to be able to come back.
