Limited parking making parking near room impossible. Construction in front . Parking in front for check in and out was crazy. Not enough. I was charged extra 5.00 and was told that was a pending charge that would drop off. After 2 weeks I called again, was told he would remove, which he did then he charged me again 2 more times for total of 10.00. I will never stay at that property again. There’s a group of us that stay in Galveston every 2-5 months I’ve expressed to them about the property.

They have bed bugs. I got chewed. The room looked clean until I woke up covered in welts from bed bugs. The outside of the property is neglected. I do not recommend this hotel. Too bad bcs it is across the street from the beach.

Having to pay to park was asking a bit much after you have to pay to stay. Cost me another 75 dollars just to be able park at the hotel

Floors were gritty, Fossett for sink broken, only a sheet no coverlet on bed, charged $15 to park and parking lot was under construction so had to
Park in street , the air conditioner made a horrible noise when it turned on could not sleep and no elevator just stairs to second and third floors. I made a bad choice.

The staff was very nice. Informed us every detail about our stay. The motel is dated but very convenient to our needs.

Would not recommend this property. Hair dryer did not worth, they changed our door lock because we could not get it open, no conditioner in the shower, tub drain did not work properly, floor dirty. All property needs a coat of paint and a total cleaning.

Horrible the place is falling apart and the only good thing is the staff. The staff is attentive and try their best given their very limited resources due to the hotel that is falling apart.
