No AC except your room. And that doesn’t work well. Shower was still wet when we arrived. The bedding was rumpled. We left and went home and wasn’t able to even tell a front desk person because of the insane line at the front desk. I think she was only one working.

This is truly a beautiful property. There were just a few issues we encountered during our stay. First, there are no microwaves or coffee makers in the rooms. You can ask for them but they are not included. The second issue the elevator situation!! There are only 2 for a 6 floor multi room section. We stood waiting for an elevator over 10 minutes at one point. The other issue is coffee. We were told that coffee was available all day in the lobby. It is if you like hours old cold coffee. It's beautiful but has some issues that need working on.

Tried to cancel room because they do not do parking or shuttle for cruise. The room smelled weird and none of the shampoos or body lotion. Horrible experience

Didn't like anything about it! Nothing like it was represented online! No nice balcony lookin over the water that we paid extra for. Verysmall room with sparse cheesy furniture! No blanket forbed. All the toiletry dispensers were EMPTY! As far as I was concerned it was a dump!! Ruined my perfect 55 yr wedding vow renewal evening!

Brand New when we tried it, think it was on the shakedown. items missing from room, coffee pot… had coffee cups and coffee, just missing the coffee maker… Noise from hallway and roadway is bad. Otherwise it’s an average American Hotel experience.
