Heater was not really working and since we checked late we were able to get anything done for it. It was pretty cold and air was coming through the door frame since it wasn’t sealed.

We checked and the heater was working. Sometimes when it's. Too cold it takes a while but it does work.

We got charged additional $15 for our chihuahua which I’m not sure if it’s Expedia’s fault per front desk. Normally when it says Pet friendly (such as Motel 6 or Super 8), 1 pet is included. The amenities is very basic and old but wverything is functioning and clean at least.

Sorry for the confusion, but this property is an independent motel and not connected with other franchises. Our definition of pet-friendly means we allow pets on the property, but there is always an additional charge.

Heat was turned off .it was gas with a radiator. She had to pass it to get to the bathroom burnt herself on it .

For clarification, guests control the room's heater via a wall thermostat. The system is off upon arrival and can be adjusted as needed for comfort. During check-in, our front desk clerk provides each guest with instructions on how to use the thermostat. The heaters are designed to get warm. The rooms are large enough that a person does not need to go near the heater to go to the bathroom. We have a long history of safety, with no previous incidents like this reported.
