The former Jumer’s property is in excellent shape. The staff is friendly, very competent and engaged. The morning breakfast was excellent and plentiful. Cost very reasonable. This will be first Galesburg option moving forward.

Out of all the hotels I’ve ever stayed in I have never had to pay $40 to access the room an hour early. I think maybe if I was asking for in the morning than maybe but not an hour.

Its a friendly hotel and the rooms are comfortable and quiet. It is nice to stay at a place where you don't really hear the highway. But its a big and confusing hotel. Not because it is a tall building, but because there are 4 wings that look pretty much alike, so you can end up wandering the halls wihtout finding your room easily. Nothing that can be done about that, except maybe better markings on the hallways and staircases, for which wing you are going to. Its a nice place, but just be aware, the layout is a little confusing.

It was okay. I wasn’t like wow this is a nice place but also it wasn’t dirty.

The towels are old and not soft at all. The pool is opened until 1100 pm, but the lights would not come on after sunset?? The lady at the front desk is amazing!! She remembered us from our last stay one month ago!! I hate the smaller, uncomfortable pillows!!!
