People here in reception are so rude.

This is certainly not the level of service we strive to provide.We take your comments seriously and will address this issue with our reception staff immediately. Your experience is important to us, and we want to ensure that all our customers are treated with the utmost respect and courtesy.We did review the camera footage from the time you checked in and did not notice anything out of range other than you having to a wait a bit to check in due to the number of people in the lobby.
