Great location in downtown. Not walkable to the UF campus, but its a 5min car ride.

This is a brand new hotel. Great staff, facilities, breakfast. Huge fluffy bath towels, excellent mattress, pillows, bedding. Can’t recommend high enough.

Staff was very attentive, the breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Our room was clean, the shower was hot. Our room faced the club behind the hotel. Very noisy in to the early morning hours. Hotel provided ear plugs. Area is full of homeless people walking the roads and hanging out on the 1st floor of thebhotel charging their cellphones. Check in is on the 2nd floor. Valet parking was a nightmare, but the app was helpful. Over all 3 stars. We spent time at the bar, and River was very personable. We would return, but would look another hotel first.
