Staff friendly. Neat decor. Location has restaurants and Starbucks. Good food.

The hotel and location is very nice. The service at breakfast was terrible.

I have stayed in the Indigo Hotel before with no issues, but the latest 2 night stay didn't go smoothly. The check in process was lightning fast, but will very little communication. I noticed an additional $100 pending charge on my credit card and i had to go to the front desk to confirm it was just an incidentals hold. Room 320 smelled musky and we had to ask for our room to be cleaned 3 times before someone actually did it. The hotel is in a great location and I am amazed with all of the development in the area in the last few years.

Bartender/waitress was extremely helpful and did a very great job taking care of our group and a few other people on the bar area all by herself. Food quality was ok. But the service was great.
