Great location and staff
Posted 22 Nov 2023 on HotelsWe stayed her on a road trip through Italy and we were very pleased with our experience. The hotel staff went above and beyond and assisted us in planning our walking tour of the city. Gary’s is such a beautiful place and everything was lit up for the holidays. I mean they went all out. The hotel is located directly between the old and new towns and we were able to walk to both with no problems. Our only complaint is that the pillows are only pillows in the most academic sense. They were more like bath towels wrapped in a pillowcase. And thin bath towels at that. The rooms need a serious upgrade in the bedding department. However we would definitely stay here again given the convenient location, private Parking and outstanding staff.

Proximity to the old town and grotto del turco was excellent. Rooms were very clean, lovely balcony view and staff were excellent!
