"Clean, comfortable hotel, excellent for getting into central London as apsley train station is a 2 min walk. Also close bus links if needed and good car links (M25, M1 or A41). Parking onsite can get busy but we managed to get a spot when needed. Breakfast was good and included in room rate which was appreciated. Friendly staff, room was clean and had everything you need (hairdryer, ironing board, kettle, TV, USB slots etc). Personally, we found the bed a bit small (queen size double) and firmer than home but we managed. Hotel was quiet overnight (good sound proofing). We've stayed at most of the hotels in Hemel and this one is the best overall, we will be back in future. Also worth a mention, the hotel is dog friendly which we will test next time. Bar available with good choice. Also seemed to be extensive menu on offer, didnt get a chance to try."

"Went to visit daughter and stayed overnight at the Holiday Inn. Car parking was straight forward as was checking in. The room was comfortable and we had an early morning swim. Breakfast had a variety of options which suited us. The cooked breakfast was cold but wasn't hot. All staff around the hotel were very polite and helpful. Generally, pleasantly surprised that everything was as good as it could be. Would I stay there again: Yes."
