"The hotel was conveniently located next to Shinagawa train station, making it easy to get around. The staff were pleasant and very helpful. The room amenities were also fantastic, making our first time in Tokyo an excellent start to our Japan holiday. Will definitely come back to this hotel. "

The hotel was just a short walk from the Bayside station on the Disney monorail, so getting to the parks was a breeze. We had a triple room whic was clean and comfortable. "The location of the hotel is a 10 min walk from a major train station which was super convenient. The hotel is relatively bigger compared to other hotels we've stayed at but not much. We loved the fact that there is a convenient store right down stairs. The hotel staff service was moderate nothing out the ordinary. Check in and check out was simple. The state of the rooms need some updating for sure. Slightly dusty but not much. "

"Staff was friendly and helpful, rooms were themed and quite cute. Had a shower room which we preferred over the hotels that just had the bathtub. Close enough to the monorail line that you can either walk comfortably or use the free resort bus. Overall recommend."
