Posted 18 Dec 2023 on HotelsFor the price i could of rented a better hotel, the room smell old and the blanket was old with cigarettes burn. One of the bath towel had a whole the size of a silver 50 cents coin maybe even bigger. I would never booked this place again 😪 even if it was my last resort

Hooker in the room next to mine, rooms are gross and smell like cigarettes.

Not only is it rude to assume such a thing, but we don't tolerate that here (hookers). Whether your accusations are true or not, if you had an issue with your neighbor being too loud you should have notified the front desk immediately and the situation would have been handled right away. As for the room smelling of cigarettes, when you request non smoking we do our best to accommodate but it is not guaranteed since we have a limited number of non smoking rooms. You were told before you checked in that we had no non smoking rooms left and you choose to keep the reservation and you signed your reservation sheet confirming that you were notified. Once you entered your room, if you then realized it was to strong for you, again, you should have notified the front desk and we could have either tried a different room or given you a full refund. We have someone in the office 24hrs a day to assist our guest no matter what time it is. How can we help you If you don't tell us that something is bothering you?We are truly sorry for your unpleasant stay and hope that maybe you'll book with us in the future and give us another chance.

We like coming here every month it's a great place to get away. And I'll keep coming back on any given day

Could do with some TLC
Posted 3 Sep 2023 on HotelsDated motel in need of refurbishment. some repairs need to be caught up with but nothing was dangerous. Traffic noise was noticeable.
I would use again in preference to expensive hotels/motels

The room wasn’t ready and the gentleman wanted me to wait an additional 45 minutes to get a room clean . This was an hour after check-in time. I needed a room so he gave me another at a higher price. The gentleman was very rude about it all.
