The customer service was sub par, always felt like I was bugging the employee for simple amenities, cleanliness was below average, q-tips left on the floor from the previous tenant, didn’t like that fact that the employee tried looking in our room while bringing towels and blankets, there was a smell of food being cooked that was highly unpleasant underneath coming from the room under us, it mainly come through the bathroom side of the room, after a long day out, it was not pleasant to walk into the room and have it smell like someone has been cooking all day in there. Definitely not going to reserve a room again at that location

It's dirty, there's a lot of dust and I even slept with a sore nose.

It was noisy at night. The bathroom was dirty.

Lady gave us a room and the room wasn’t even made. The sheets were so thin and everything except the shower was just so uncomfortable

It was ok for a Motel setting. Stayed in the new Jacuzzi room wasn't to bad. Water took forever to fill up as it ran out slow. There is a weird whole in the bathroom wall so there was not privacy for people using the bathroom. There was no microwave but there was a fridge.
