What i like: 1) free parking 2) good location and near many good supermarkets, shops and food options. 3) next to highway and easy access to other parts of island. 4) food was good What i dislike: 1) no room cleaning service during trip 2) some staff were rude and talked bad about customers in japanese, thinking that we didnt understand it. 3) staff spoke poor english and could not hold basic conversations

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Laundry service was available which was very convenient. The breakfast was very good and offered a lot of variety. On-site parking was also a great plus.

This is the second time my family has chosen to stay at this hotel as we have previously enjoyed our stay. We enjoyed the breakfast provided, as they had a good spread. The amenities provided were good and sufficient (e.g free drinks available, bicycles etc.) We especially liked using the bicycles to get around the surrounding area (e.g supermarket, restaurants) which made it very convenient to explore the area. However, during our stay we were disappointed by the service provided by the front desk. They were unfriendly and seemed unapproachable due to their facial expression. Although we understand that there is language barrier. However, they were unhelpful in answering our queries and always said “I don’t know” instead of checking on the internet etc. We had a few unpleasant encounters. For example, we had to go to the hospital and asked the front desk if the hospital opposite our hotel was open and the lady at the front desk just replied “I don’t know”. I think she could have at least googled or use google translate if she didn’t understand us. However, she dismissed us and appeared nonchalant to our query. I also dropped one of my custom hard lenses into the sink and needed someone to open the pipe to retrieve it. When we approached the front desk, a senior staff came up and when he saw it he just said “no” a few times, waved his hands and walked off. I think that’s quite rude and dismissive. My daughter had to go down and ask again and emphasize it was ¥100,000

Good hotel in a busy neighborhood

The hotel was very nice, the rooms were clean and had lots of amenities (refrigerator, water cooker, toiletries, hair dryer, etc.). There is also a laundry room with washers and dryers on one of the floors. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering Japanese food as well as Western type of breakfast items. The only complaint we had was the location in a super busy neighborhood - right next to the train tracks, underneath a busy highway bridge and with lots of airplanes flying overhead. If you are looking for a nice hotel for just the night as you explore beautiful Fukuoka and vicinity (parking was free!) then that place is just perfect. If you prefer a hotel you can take walks from and enjoy a beautiful surrounding, you might want to look for something else.

Great and free parking!!! Hard to find in Fukuoka! Hotel is a Japanese business (read basic and not luxury) hotel but rooms are larger than normal. Overall good property and would recommend.

Flawless stay.

Best options to choose for stay. Very effective amenities. The included breakfast buffet is small but has everything that should be included and all with good taste and quality. Very satisfied.
