The apartment location is good, walking distance to Hakata station, is easy to travel around. Please note that the check in reception is at different place which is about 15 mins walk from Hakata station.

The room was fine. But the check-in was in a completely different location. I didn't expect to have to walk around for 30-40 minutes in order to check-in. If you're staying for multiple days, maybe that's okay. But for a quick overnight, this was a very inconvenient arrangement. I will not stay here again.

This place was clean and spacious! The only problem I had here was when the wifi didn't connect as often. Other than that, it was amazing for its price.

Clean and comfortable but not 2 full beds as we booked. One full and one futon on the floor. We had to play Tetris to move the furniture in order to lay out the futon. Area is nice and quiet.

Convenient but lacking in communication
Posted 7 Sep 2018 on HomeAwayThe room was just as described and even included some nice bonuses, like laundry detergent, extra towels, ironing equipment, and flatware, The bed was comfortable, the location was great, and overall it was a great place to stay. However, I tried to contact this place several times with no reply even once, and the instructions about the different location for check-in should have been more clearly posted instead of the very last sentence of the reservation information (though that's partially on me for not reading thoroughly). I would highly recommend this place but only if you have no reason to need to get in touch in advance and don't mind that the check-in location is extremely difficult to find with no way to contact them if you get lost. The communication was absolutely terrible, but at least once we were there and found the (very well-hidden) check-in location, everything went great!

No pots and pans. Location isn't great.
Posted 28 Jun 2018Check in is quite a walk away and is inconvenient for those with lots of luggage. There are no pots/pans or cooking utensils despite the in room guide stating you can use it. We were disappointed as we couldn't cook, expecting we could do so as it was advertised as an apartment. It is not a hotel.
