The room was very comfortable. Location is unbeatable. However, just a couple minor things with the room. The carpet looks a bit old and worn. The bed and pillow are not the most comfortable but I am being picky here. Otherwise, had a great stay and would definitely consider coming back here again.

Great location. Interconnected to subway underground. On rainy or cold day, don’t even need to go outside to take train or have access to many restaurants and shops.

Quite modern hotel very convenient to Hakata Station and many dining ptions. The hotel lift gave access to the subway station.

We liked the spacious rooms, underground access to Hakata Station, comfy beds and pillows.
