Good location, close to Canal City Mall. Easy to find at night. There is a patio area that allows for smoking outside on the property. Check in was done via a website prior to arrival. Upon arrival, you would enter the lobby and use the tablet on the counter. The staff would answer and let you know the accommodation tax you'll need to pay before receiving your room number and key code for the door. As for the room. It was a nice size room. The sheets and towels are clean and extra items you may need is done in the lobby. The large window allows natural light into the room. HVAC is not fully controllable and the window does open a couple of inches. Before we checked out on the last day, we tend to check around the bed to make sure we did not drop anything. We noticed some dark stains on the foot of the bed, hidden under the sheets, and some spots on the wall by the windows. Other than this, the stay had been very nice.

・スタッフ不在のホテルにもかかわらずチェックイン方法のメールが届いたのがチェックイン後。ホテルに着いたもののどうやって中に入ってよいのか分からず、電話で手順を聞く必要があった。 ・チェックインカウンターにゴミが落ちているなど、全体的に清潔感がない印象がない。 ・部屋のカーテンが薄いうえに小さく、早朝隙間から光が入ってきて眠れない。 ・部屋が広いのはよかったが、ガウン等の部屋着が欲しかった。 ・立地はまあまあ良い。

全体的に設備は綺麗でした。ユニットバスのトイレの蓋がついていなかったのが少し気になりました。 快適に過ごせました。
