It's right in the middle of a drinking area but the rooms was also very quiet. It a 10min walk to Canal City and there are so many restaurants around the area. The Hotel was also very clean and comfortable.

The cleanliness in room air conditioning vent is so dirty. I can see the vent with dust and in black color

A lot of great food around the corner. There is 7-11 and family mart down stair. Hotel also has hot springs on the top floor

Comfortable Hotel
Posted 12 Nov 2023 on HotelsStayed 4 nights at the hotel. Room was comfortable. Within walking distance to the yatai and many restaurants around the area. It's within the red light district so would not recommend it if you have children with you.

Basically it was great.
The room was big enough and the bed sheets were cleaned. But the floor wasn't vacuumed. It needed dusting.
The spa was affordable. Breakfast was the best of all.
The location was convenient enough to visit for Hakata station and Tenjin. But not for family trip at night.

You can say it's a good location, but on the other side at night there are lots of ladies standing around the area and looking for customers. If you come with a family, you may feel uncomfortable at night.
But the rooftop bath is amazing.
Room is nice and clean.
