Staff was very nice and overall condition of property was so good. Strong water pressure, nice A/C, good sound proof.

Posted 26 Sep 2023 on HotelsWe were a group of friends who got a room with 3 beds. Decent size with A/C and on the top floor. Coin laundry on our floor was available. It appeared very clean, but it seems as you move around in the space you find things like food down the side of the bed that looks like it's been there a while

Hotel is close to Gion station, which is connected to the Hakata station, so you can reach hakata station by foot easily if you want to.
Room is clean and staff is friendly.
Just the table is small.

We enjoyed our stay. Close to shopping, restaurants, subway. The hotel is nice and clean, nice bed sheets, friendly receptionists. Will definitely stay here again.
