The room neat, clean & tidy. The location is convenient. Staff is nice & helpful. This is the second time I choose the hotel in Hakata. I would also choose the hotel again if I I voisit Hakata in fiture

Getting to the property can be challenging. We had to go up the stairs to access the walkway, go around the block to find it.

3 minute walk or less to Hakata station and Bus terminal. Lots of shopping at Hakata and tax free shops. Walkable to good ramen and food places. Walkable to Tenjin, Gion, Nakasu areas as well. If it’s raining there are several malls around and underground passage way to Gion.
Staff are friendly and polite. They will make you feel welcome and assist you with what you need. Laundry and Dryer is free. Only need to buy detergent for 100yen per load. There’s a microwave and vending machine in the hotel building as well.

The location is very good within a few minutes walk from the Hakata station. No idea with the renovation history of the hotel but the room and the facilities were all in immaculate condition.
