Very clean and well maintained hotel. No complains about everything. Location is convenient and there’s 2 convenient stores just beside the hotel.

3 minutes walking to Gion station. Check in at 2/F. Pick up tea bags, sanitary stuff at reception area. 10 minutes walking to Canal City and Riverside food stalls. 15 minutes walking to Hakata station. Twin bed room size is not big but enough. Appreciate the sizable bathroom with seperate bathtub and shower.

Room was toooo small. Customer service was quite curt and minimal, we were actually pointed to a vending machine to process our own payment. At arrival time, housekeeping was in full swing and aisle to room was cluttered with trash, vacuums and housekeeping gear. Not the best nor friendliest welcome, and front desk “couldn’t find any reservation under [my] name.” Not what you want to hear when traveling to a foreign country.
