"Slight hiccup initially of getting a room with car park view instead of a lake view room which I had booked and paid for in advance. But they changed the room on the second day of my stay (I stayed there for 3 nights in total). Food is good and the onsen was nice too . "This was an amazing place to stay. We were only here for a night, but it was the most relaxing stay ever. The private onsen was amazing and there were so many special touches like matching pajamas, a goodie bag and breakfast included. We left very early so the staff gave us our breakfast the night before in a packed lunch and it was so lovely. We also got a massage and it was incredible. Staff were so kind and lovely.
