"I enjoyed my stay, the staffs were so warm and kind. The food was really a presentation of delicacy. Onsen was also very refreshing, really worthy of a try to ease your tiredness from long trips. Would come again!"

"Got there a bit later than expected but my time there was nice the breakfast preparation was super nice and option to rent a bike for a whole day and little souvenir shops around with good food places made me wish I had gotten there sooner, def would go back to hopefully see the mountains better since it rained bad when I went."

"Fantastic hotel with Japanese culture, high standards, very well maintained, beautiful view at Mt Fuji, hotel provided shuttle bus from and to kawaguchiko station. Breakfast and privet dinners were amazing experience. Staff very efficient. Highly recommend. "
"We had a very nice time on our stay at this small quiet hotel. We had the Shikibu room and appreciated the spaciousness. It had an outdoor garden view as well as a separate private small outdoor onsen. The onsen looks tiny on first impression but it was nice and we enjoyed the outside seating area too. The beds were comfortable and the linens were nice, and definitely get the breakfast. Amazing breakfast! The staff were friendly and very helpful with transportation back to the train station.
Some of the bathroom features were a little bit worn, but everything else was great."
"If you're looking for an amazing isolated cabin experience just seconds from the street, this is it! The layout of the cabin with kitchen separated from the sleeping area in its own structure including a huge front deck is incredible. Nightly poolside party with grilled meat, desserts, beer and wine was an unexpected treat. Our cabin included a sauna, onsen and shower. This was a perfect place to stay while we ejoyed mountain biking and canoeing in the view of Mt. Fuji. "
