The check-in instruction was received before the stay. There is a jacuzzi in the villas and a balcony that overlook magnificent Mt Fuii!!! Happy with the stay

The house is nice and clean as expected. Communication about the pin code to open the door was not ideal. No email sending out previously to advise about the code. After reaching out directly to the property via email, we received an email only mentioned about the phone numbers as the pin but did not specifically say that the last 4 digits of the phone numbers.

We were lucky enough to be blessed with views of Mt Fuji yesterday. Had we not stayed here and made the day trip we would of missed him in all his glory.
Recommend the amazing view in room 103. Heavenly accommodation
