We were able to stay in a Mt Fuji view room with a private onsen and it was amazing! The staff was very helpful and kind. All were able to speak English so there was no fear of a language barrier. We would highly recommend everyone to stay here when visiting Fujikawaguchiko!

Great hotel, exceeding expectations. The in-room dinner was very good with incredible service. The rooftop views of Fuji are excellent.

If you want a traditional Japanese hotel experience with amazing food and lovely surroundings this is certainly a place to go. Not the cheapest but the in-room dinner dining experience is incredible and if you get a room with a private onsen then it is the perfect way to relax.

The most amazing part of our trip. Highly recommend getting a room with the private bath and the half board (dinner was exceptional)
