Convenient its next to Shin-fuji shinkansen station. Quick to check in and out. Complimentary food great and amenities were listed when you check in. Great Inn to stay!

Enjoyed our stay here, very close to train station. We rented some bikes there and explored the town. Dining options in immediate area are a bit sparse but it was a quiet and safe neighborhood.

Pros: Very affordable price. Got a spacious room with an awesome view of Mount Fuji. Check in and out were very easy with the machines. Room was very clean and lots of free amenities offered.
Cons: The parking lot was far, about a 4 min walk which was inconvenient with a bunch of luggage., I think the original parking lot was under construction or something. Also the line up for the free breakfast at 630am is already very long and unfortunately our schedule didny allow us to wait.

I really liked that the staff was able to provide us with a higher level room facing Mt. Fuji upon request. The breakfast in the morning was solid.

Hotel located on second floor. Staff are friendly and nice to greet us at arrival. Guided me to reception to checkin while my husband was doing the automatic elevator parking. A senior parking attendant is very nice, friendly and informative even though having language barrier with us. Main street is full of night life and entertainment. Our room is quiet as per our request. Breakfast is good and has lots of varieties. I love the soups as well. I will recommend Hotel IL Credo Gifu to my friends and relatives if they happen to go visiting Mount Fuji.
