Very nicely maintained (almost new) hotel quite close to the downtown shopping/pedestrian street area. Room was small of course but well appointed. Staff were most helpful and very friendly. The breakfast (not included) was very nice - typical of German hotel buffets with a wide selection of items.

It was the best hotel we have stayed at in the first 7 days of our trip. I hope the next 7 days are this great. I would recommend it to anyone.

The hotel is conveniently located on the road to the castles and other attractions. After a morning there, we walked into old Fussen and enjoyed a walk by the river and enjoyed an amazing venison goulash at a local, 400 year old restaurant.
We were on the first floor, right alongside the main road. It was a bit noisy due to the traffic. It might be better on a higher floor.
The breakfast and dinner there were good
