We had an excellent stay, very relaxing and peaceful, we were brilliantly looked after. The staff were all very helpful and friendly especially in the restaurant. Even had the opportunity to try yoga on a paddle board - wobbly but good fun! Would definitely recommend.

Amazing week stay at the Royal Level. Staff were amazing, food was excellent and the deluxe room was worth every penny.

Relaxing break

Excellent pools and sunbeds. Nice food and service at breakfasts and buffet meals. Does not cater well for snacks for those not on half/full board. Cleaning of room was late on 2 days (out of 6). Hotel does not offer airport transfer.

The stagff, the comfortable beds, the drinks package make the stay here worthwhile. The property is tired and sunbed cushions and room decor downgrade this review. Food choices and inspiration have declined but this may be because of the worldwide avaiability of produce.

Good but could be amazing

Ok, but the customer service should be better for this level of the hotel... Only bar service,noone would bring your drink to you, the royal level had very limited and not super luxury choices when it comes to food.
