Posted 12 Mar 2024 on HotelsWe have stayed at these apartments at least 8 times and have always been happy with cleanliness and value for money. On our holiday last week we found the cleaning service and towel change had reduced drastically from 5 times a week to twice. The second time being the day before we left. The reduced cleaning service made the apartment feel slightly grubby and our bins full, increasing the chance of insects. Next time we will stay somewhere else. Overall, we didn't feel the apartments felt as clean or 3 star, compared to previous visits.

We loved our stay here. The place was clean, and we got regular cleaning. They even wash window sills! Kitchen has everything we need. The staff was lovely and our interactions with everyone were pleasant. The outdoor pool is heated and our children loved playing out there. Quiet location but everything is very close.

Upon arriving at Apartamentos Dunas Club from Canada we were shocked by the condition of our room. I chose this hotel based on the pictures and reviews on Expedia. Among several minor issues, we found in the room the main issues were: we couldn't get into the room because the lock didn't work, the room interiors were damaged to the degree that can cause harm, the bathtub was disgustingly dirty, the beds were torn and worn, the pillows were torn as well. I wish I could post the pictures I took on these. After complaining at the reception desk they didn't help us and told us to complain at Expedia. In the end, we had to search for another hotel to stay losing precious time from our vacation. This whole experience was very unpleasant and frustrating. It felt like a scam and I wasn't expecting this from Expedia.
