The reception staff at this hotel were absolutely outstanding they actually exceeded me expectations my dad had an accident which resulted in surgery and hospital stay he was so poorly we had to extend our hotel rooms via the insurance they were so good and understanding I will never forget there kindness the one lady even called the hospital for me as the language barrier was so hard and exhausting at such a terrible time for us they were just outstanding and I will be forever grateful thank you so much i

Big room, clean-good housekeeping.
Pool area nice and clean.
Breakfast buffet plentiful with lots of choice.
Only minor negatives- balcony lock didn’t work in room initially which was scary 6 floors up with 2 year old-this was fixed once reported. Air con was off for 3 days and the room was too warm, and the room doors didn’t lock from inside so toddler could just open and get out.
We had a a nice stay and would stay again.

Very Uncomfortable Nights Sleep!
Posted 11 Oct 2018 on HotelsThe rooms are a nice size, but really in need of an update. The beds were terrible, I could feel the springs from the mattress sticking in my back as I tried to sleep. Very uncomfortable and difficult to get a decent night's sleep. The minibar was empty and the sheets were old and warn. There was WIFI in the room but it was very slow. The staff were friendly and helpful and the food passable, so this is a mixed review.
