1) No hand soap 2) Sketchy area 3) Worst breakfast on planet Earth 4) Did not see a human being attending the hotel

B&B Nancy Frouard - convenient but disappointing

Conveniently located and inexpensive, so ideal for a stopover during a long drive. Our family room had a mezzanine with 2 single beds which was fine, however the main level was extremely small - only enough space for one person to stand beside the bed. We could live with those points given the price was very reasonable. Our only gripe was cleanliness - the room was dirty. Yes, the bed linen was crisp and clean, however the rest of the room needed a proper deep clean. My wife spent 30 minutes sanitising everything - including the ciommunsl elevator which was grotty around the buttons etc.

Late check-inn allowed.

I love these self check in machines. I arrived Nancy from Geneva at 2am.I was still able to get my clean airconditioned room, crisp & hot soup from the vending machine. Awesome!

Nice room, comfortable sleep

Room was small but was good enough for a sleepover during our trip to Chamonix. One thing to note is when booking through hotels.com and arriving after hours when check-in desk is closed, you will need a pincode to get in through the main gate and your room. To get that, once you reach the hotel, next to machine between gate and machine there is an assistance caller. You ll have to call them to get your pin code to get in. Apart from that, rest everything can be done yourself. Pretty smooth.
