No reservation on arrival after a long day walking the Camino - the person said I didnt have a booking and just shrugged his shoulders...I had to open email and show him email confirmation - then he made a phone call and lady brought me to a 3 bedroom apartment nearby which was old fashioned and dark - the bath was dirty with grim stains and the shower head was broken - more water came from the back of the shower head than from the actual shower part...

Gracias a la amabilidad de la gerente pude dormir ya que no le quedó registrada la reserva porque esta en juicios con vosotros y no quiere volver a trabajar hasta que no le devolvías el dinero que le debéis.
