Not so good
Posted 29 Sep 2023 on HotelsThe place is missing good service and they wanted 50 euros because I left at 12 not 11. I asked for a wine opener which I had to go and pick up my self and I had to return it I could just leave it in the room. Very cooled service

Hello Khaled, thank you for your comments which allow us to improve our services. You knowingly asked us for a late check out, so the price should not surprise you. Imagine that everyone leaves later than the originally scheduled time, how could we organize cleaning and what would say the guests who have to arrive at 3:00 p.m. and who would be delayed in entering the room. As for the corkscrew, that seems to me to be simple common sense and good citizenship on your part (you lend me, I return)...on the other hand, you should have brought the bottle to reception, that would have been more simple and then you would not have had to bring back the corkscrew. Confusing
Posted 21 Oct 2022 on HotelsArrived in the dark after airport was closed due to strike booked in pains given key fob and told its behind reception took me ten minutes in the dark a drain to find it . Then we had to clean the door to get inthick with spider webs even in the room Breakfast just ok beautiful surroundings though wouldn’t want to stay again though

Heel proper en aangenaam verblijf. Enkel de douche duurde heel lang tegen er warm water uit de kraan kwam en er kwam niet veel water uit.

Posted 8 Aug 2022 on HotelsIt was very good. Onsite restaurant was delicious. Staff very lovely and accommodating. One pointer , i would say, is for the hotel to have access to local taxis and services as felt quite restricted for airport transfers to and fro.
