Bedbugs Found on pillows on both beds in our room canceled immediately. Staff seemed blacklisted did not care. Phone not connected could not dial into front desk. Had to drive back around.. Struggling to get my refund overall Boris experience

This should not be listed as a hotel. It more like a sketchy apartment complex. Obviously people live there full time. It was dirty, noisy and we saw roaches. We walked in and turned right around and walked out and asked for a refund.

I did not like anything about this place. It was super loud with people partying all night long. The pull had plants in it instead of water, the tub was dirty with a ring around it. There was people drinking and smoking in the parking lot of the hotel. I was not aware that the hotel is half a hotel and half an apartment unit. I was so uncomfortable. Do t ever come here.

Crack motel at it's finest. Aside from the overpowered mildew smell, literally peed on toilet, dusty furniture, out of order elevators, and sketchy stairway?!? This room/"hotel" as they disivingly call it was absolutely disgusting. Unfortunately for me I spend 5 days at the children's hospital and was beyond exhausted when I arrived. I did ask them to move me to a different room from the one with the moldy pee bathroom but the second one was no better.
