The plays have roaches and bugs bugs I suppose that got some type of discount off my room there’s pictures of the roaches and bugs

The hotel is still recovering from COVID, restaurant and bar still closed, staffing limited. The hotel lobby was dim and seemed the air conditioning was not on, but the AC in my room was fine. Balcony not clean, lots of bird droppings.

The hotel was very disappointing and not as advertised. We didn't even have hot water for showers. I will never stay here again and would highly recommend no one does until they renovate the entire hotel!
