This was a terrible experience! I have big bed rash all over my body and the power went out and staff was not concerned

We appreciate you taking the time to provide us with such candid feedback of your stay. I am very sorry to hear that your stay did not meet expectations, when the Hotel had a power outage for 15 seconds and the 2nd time less than 10 minutes. You have already reached out to choice hotels and complain about the situation of the power outage for your entire stay while the hotel power outage was only less than 10 minutes, you where not the only guest in the hotel that was affected where as the other guest where very supportive with the situation knowing it was NOT THE HOTEL FAULT. You should also consider to file a compliant to PG&E. Please call the hotel so the Hotel Manager can discuss your issues personally.

The room smell from chemicals cleaning, the breakfast no eggs bacon, oatmeal like other hotels. There are apples but already spoiled.. better not put them there.
Overall ok but we will find better hotel next trip
