Their Staff were very welcoming and helpful I appreciate the help i got from the front desk. Very Informative with the town of Visalia.

The lady at the check in was pretty rude. It took almost an hour to have our room ready and it seemed like she did not really want to help us. We are not "karens" because we understand it could be hard dealing with customers so we always try to be kind, but that lady really seemed like she didn't want to be there and was rude.
